Creekside Elementary School Pedestrian Improvements
- Located at Creekside Elementary School - 7500 E 6th Ave, Anchorage, AK 99504 - Spernak will improve pedestrian sidewalks, ADA curb ramps, curb and gutter, storm drain and catch basin replacement/improvements, pavement, traffic markings and illumination.
- Project is Estimated to Start End of May to the Beginning of June of 2026. Start date subject to change due to weather.

Town Square Park Reconstruction Project
- Located at Town Square Park -544 W 5th Ave, Anchorage, AK 99501- Spernak will reconstruct Town Square Park improving pedestrian sidewalks, lighting, landscaping, storm drain, drainage, public amenities, and other related work.
- Project is Estimated to Start at the Beginning of June 2026. Start date subject to change due to weather.

- Located at Peratrovich Park -500 W 4th Ave, Anchorage, AK 99501 - Spernak will improve pedestrian sidewalk, curb and gutter, landscaping improvements, illumination, electrical improvements, public amenities and other related work.
-Project is Estimated to Start Mid to Late June 2026. Start date subject to change due to weather.
