East 20th Avenue, Nichols Street, Norene Street Pedestrian Improvements PH 1
- Beginning on June 3rd, 2024, East 20th Avenue will start road construction. The work that will take place stretches from Bragaw to the Tikishla Trailhead. This work will impact the following:
- Street Parking - From approximately June 3rd 2024 to July 31st, 2024, there will be no street parking allowed along E 20th Ave.
- Business Access - This project will impact businesses during the week, causing impacts to traffic.
- Private Driveways - As work will continue, driveways will be inaccessible during certain phases of this job. We will provide adequate time for notice to inform homeowners who will be directly affected by this construction.
- Trail Access - The Trailhead to Tikishla Park will be rerouted to 19th Ave during construction.

AMATS: Potters Marsh Improvements
- Spernak will be constructing a double concrete vaulted toilet. Parts of the parking lot will be closed and access to mailboxes may be temporarily limited. Please be cautious and aware of the workers and trucks entering and exiting the Potters Marsh Parking Lot.
